Event Details
- Event Structure
-
Please see above for the full event schedule. Attendees are welcome to attend the entire event or parts of it. During the three sessions, each student presentation will be 3 minutes long with 2 additional minutes of Q&A, while each faculty presentation will be 10 minutes long with 5 additional minutes of Q&A.
During these sessions, we ask attendees to keep their microphones on mute and not interrupt or distract the presenters and other attendees. If you have a question, kindly remain muted and use the “Raise Hand” feature on Zoom to indicate to the session moderators that you have a question. During the designated Q&A period, the session moderators will call on those who have raised their hands to unmute themselves and ask their questions to the presenters.
- Breakout Sessions
-
Each session will conclude with an opportunity for attendees to engage with the session presenters in a series of breakout rooms. Once the breakout rooms are opened by the session moderators, you will have the ability to move between the breakout rooms as needed. Please see the event schedule above to view the breakout room assignments for each session.
